A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Boltsly has a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices about a user, their account may be permanently banned from our platform.
